👩 👨 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities
  • 3–5 years of product management experience in financial technologies, payment systems, and billing/collection processes
  • Preferably experienced in the telecommunications sector
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, and tax regulations
  • Skilled in business analytics and customer-oriented product development
  • Experienced in working with regulatory, compliance, and legal teams
  • Strong communication skills and a good team player
  • Analytical mindset with strategic planning abilities
  • Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and result-focused
  • Experienced in process improvement and workflow optimization


💻 Job Description

  • Responsible for end-to-end management of billing and collection products
  • Developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and improve the efficiency of financial processes
  • Managing the product lifecycle, launching new features, and simplifying existing systems
  • Analyzing customer feedback and incorporating insights into the product roadmap; collaborating with various teams to develop innovative solutions
  • TurkNet is an integrator company that develops its own e-invoicing and e-archive systems. Therefore, ensuring these products are developed in compliance with relevant regulations will be your responsibility
  • Managing collections from customers and cash refund processes to customers, as well as improving these processes end-to-end. Taking actions to enhance both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Ensuring all activities are carried out in full compliance with legislation and regulations
  • Collaborating closely with Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Finance, Customer Experience, and Growth teams to manage the entire lifecycle of the product—from go-to-market to continuous improvement
