🚀 About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Learning Partner to join our team. As a Digital Learning Partner, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our digital learning initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and impactful learning experiences that empower our team to develop the skills needed for success in the ever-evolving digital landscape in alignment with business OKRs and values. If you are a technology enthusiast with a passion for transforming learning experiences, we want you on our team!.

👩 👨 Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or master degree in Computer Education & Educational Technologies or relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years of learning & development experience with a focus on learning technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of digital learning design, e-learning authoring tools and platforms such as adobe programs (premiere, photoshop, audition), camtasia, articulate storyline, rise, OBS.
• Strong understanding of dynamics of tech companies and technology teams.
• Experience in need analysis, designing and delivering learning programs.
• Excellent knowledge of Office Programs and experience in online trainings especially via MS Teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Learning Management Systems especially Enocta LMS.
• Knowledge of AI, VR, AR and other emerging technologies in the learning space.
• Very strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to relate and influence people using data-driven decision making perspective.
• Has learning agility, growth mindset, digital mindset, complex problem solving , creative and innovative thinking, critical thinking, feedback skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams with a agile project management perspective.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

📱What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement a learning technology strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the learning and development space.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
• Responsible for digital production of learning materials (videos, podcasts, etc) collaborating with internal subject matter experts, instructional designers and other content creators.
• Conduct training sessions to empower team members in leveraging advanced learning technologies effectively.
• Continuously optimize and refine learning technology implementations based on data-driven insights.
• Integrate advanced learning technologies, such as artificial intelligence, virtual reality, and augmented reality, into our learning ecosystem. Lead the design and execution of innovative pilot programs to test and evaluate the effectiveness of emerging learning technologies.
• Prepare and monitor the training budget related to learning technologies area.
• Prepare and analyze training reports by using MS Excel.
• Coordinate and improve internal LMS.
