Our Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years of P&C Partner experience,
  • Experienced in hiring processes in e-commerce, technology or startups is nice to have,
  • Experienced in hiring processes in Technology,
  • Very strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to relate and influence people at all levels,
  • Eager to learn, open-minded and team-work oriented profile with planning, organizational and problem solving skills.


Job Definition

  • Drive all P&C processes within related account (recruitment, performance management, career, compensation management, engagement survey etc.),
  • Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer P&C expertise and coaching on people issues, assist leaders to gain a better understanding of employees' needs and career aspirations,
  • Provide a broad range of support in employee relations, people engagement, talent management and organizational development,
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues,
  • Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations,
  • Build and maintain operationally excellent data tracking processes to capture application, interview and hiring activity across the business accounts,
  • Work alongside in-house People & Culture team and external recruitment agencies (as required) in the sourcing, resume screening, candidate interviewing, and consulting to hiring managers,
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance,
  • Follow and coach OKRs of each department.
