📱 What You'll Do
- Responsible for technical leadership of a team of engineers hired in operation of Turknet’s IP/MPLS and broadband network
- Responsible for guiding through major impacting service incidents, owning the investigation, diagnosis, identified of root cause and rollout of mitigating actions to permanently fix the problems
- Capacity management of the core and broadband networks to keep the customer performance at the highest level with a proactive approach
- Prepare maintenance and operational procedures, checklists and templates to ensure operational excellence and develop proactive precautions
- Implement hardware and software upgrades of the devices
- Prepare the daily/weekly work plans in the area of responsibility
- Prepare internal technical trainings in order to increase the technical level of the team
- Analyzing L2 support requests from the Corporate or Individual business units and escalate them to the operating engineers
👩 👨 💻 Who You Are
- At least 10 years of experience in Service Provider and/or Manufacturer companies
- Advanced knowledge and experience in technologies and protocols such as IP/MPLS and its applications (Layer-2/3 VPN), QoS, LDP, BGP and ISIS
- Advanced knowledge and experience in TCP/IP, Ethernet, PPP, Radius services,
- Advanced hands-on experience in at least one of the Cisco (ASR9K/1K), Juniper (MX), Huawei (NE40E), ZTE (M6000) BNG and MPLS routers
- Experienced in CGNAT applications
- Good level of English
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Conflict management experience.
- Team management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferably having of CCNP and/or CCIE certificates
