👩 👨Requirements

Occupational health and safety bachelor's degree

Minimum 10 years of occupational health and safety

Occupational Safety Expert A Class Certificate is a must

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) and ISO 10002.

Strong knowledge of 6331 and other related labour regulations,

Having capability and experience of managing & product development of an OHS Tools

Strong analytic, planning and reporting skills (MS Office - especially Excel knowledge is must)

Having internal and external (field operations, audits, outsource company relations etc.) OHS operations experience,

Having no travelling restrictions and suitable for flexible working hours either in company or at field,

Eager to learn, open-minded and team-work oriented profile with planning, organizational and problem solving skills


💻Job Definition

Assisting OHS related audits and ensuring that corrective actions are taken regarding the audit findings together with the relevant units,

Performing constant follow-up to ensure employees are following safety requirements

Supporting risk analysis studies of the company,

Managing allowance of Personal Protective Equipment of Employees (PPE) and to monitoring employees’ PPE usage,

Conduct health & safety training, testing, and record-keeping for all employees (OHS Awareness, Fall Protection, First Aid, Search & Rescue, etc.)

Planning, organizing and conducting Health and Safety Committee meetings and publish the meeting report periodically, follow up the action plans, support the other committees of the compan

Reporting regularly Health & Safety activities

Cooperating across functions and with business partners to raise awareness of OHS standards and initiatives and drive performance,

Contributing to and/or planning and executing Occupational Health and Safety performance and related projects,

Performing investigations of injury and loss incidents, identifying causal factors, developing and implementing measures to prevent recurrence, and ensure long-term resolution
