👩 👨Requirements  


  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields) 
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Organizational Development 
  • Strong analytical thinking, planning, and project execution skills 
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing OD projects 
  • Curious, growth-minded, collaborative, and solution-oriented 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • A genuine interest in transforming systems with tech-driven, agile, people-centric approaches 


🔍 What You’ll Be Doing  


  • Take an active role in shaping TurkNet’s growth in line with our values, strategy, and culture 
  • Conduct deep-dive organizational analyses to ensure we build future-ready structures aligned with company strategy 
  • Design and drive performance management systems in an agile, tech-driven environment 
  • Keep People and Culture systems accurate and up to date during organizational changes 
  • Lead performance milestones including goal-setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, and succession planning 
  • Own and evolve the job evaluation framework, collaborate closely with the C&B team on job design and leveling 
  • Co-create career pathing and internal mobility systems to promote life-long development 
  • Stay ahead of the curve by benchmarking against leading tech companies and integrating best practices
