About the Role

Actively participating in TurkNet's community and influencer teams creating, developing, growing and managing projects

Who You Are

• Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 4-5 years of Influencer Marketing experience in e-commerce experience
• Experience in reporting tool to measure campaign performance, and results
• A great initiative taker, ability to initiate projects through ideas that have the high business contribution
• Having start-up and urgency mindset
• Leadership and team-building experience with direct and cross teams
• Great communication skills
• Passionate about working with people in a dynamic environment
• Eager to learn everything!

What You’ll Do

• Negotiate with influencers and networks as well as internal teams to execute influencer collaborations for different types of audiences.
• Building and improving influencer's engagement journeys.
• Building and applying content strategy in accordance with marketing teams.
• Harmonizing best practices with social media trends and product developments for influencer and affiliate marketing.
• Growing business with cross brand communications and activities.
• Conducting webinars, online&offline events, conferences, meetups with influencers.
• Stay on top of industry trends regarding the latest influencer and digital media advancements
• Building related influencer effective metrics, follow regularly and take necessary steps on time
• Managimg budget with the most effective strategy
