As a Internal Communication & Employer Branding Professional, you’ll support culture and engagement strategies, plans and initiatives across in partnership with the People and Culture team.
We are looking for people that have a passion for building relationships and will be proud to be a representative of our TurkNet, are results driven and Human Resource, change management, consulting and organizational development in a technology company.

5+ years of Culture and Change Management, Internal Communication, Organizational Development
Ability/experience in development of culture & transformation strategies.
Ability to manage diverse and multiple stakeholders in a organization.
Ability to understand, balance, prioritize and develop compelling approaches to best meet the needs of the business.
Preferably experienced in OD

Support all culture and engagement strategies, plans and initiatives across in partnership with the People and Culture team.
Responsible for the development and implementation of organization programs to better develop culture practices.
Support Turknet Leaders in developing, design and facilitating sessions where appropriate to improve culture and engagement metrics.
Form, develop and strengthen the Turknet culture and values in coordination with brand department
Develop and execute culture based communications plan
Create, develop and strengthen TurkNet culture and values.
