👩 👨Who You Are   

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • 8+ years of experience in P&C digital transformation, with proven HRIS implementation expertise 
  • Skilled in Agile-based process design, data modeling, and workflow optimization 
  • Solid understanding of digital P&C processes (Compensation & Benefits, Performance, Talent, Succession, OD) 
  • Proficient in People Analytics and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) 
  • Knowledgeable in data governance and integrated P&C data systems 
  • Familiar with AI, automation, and cloud-based P&C technologies 
  • Strong project and change management skills; experienced in managing multi-location implementations 
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities 
  • Fluent in English; experience in global or regional P&C tech projects is a plus 

 

📱What You’ll Do   

  •  Design and implement a fully integrated, organization-wide HRIS infrastructure aligned with Agile methodologies 
  • Lead advanced People Analytics and automation initiatives to provide actionable insights via dashboards, KPIs, trends, and predictive models 
  • Oversee the digital management of all core P&C functions: compensation, benefits, performance, succession planning, and organizational structure 
  • Define and maintain data governance standards to ensure a unified and high-quality P&C data environment 
  • Build digital frameworks for career paths, promotion criteria, and competency models 
  • Collaborate with Technology, Product, and People & Culture teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly P&C solutions 
  • Continuously improve P&C systems by adopting emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and business intelligence 
  • Own the full transformation journey , from design to execution , acting as both  
  • Build a scalable, forward-looking P&C technology ecosystem aligned with the company’s strategic goals
